Tour starts at 9am

November 18-19, Bartlesville to Wa-Sha-She. 33ish miles each way.

Providing the weather cooperates we will close out 2023 with a tour to Wa-Sha-She from the Bartlesville Riverside RV Park (1211 SE Adams Blvd), leaving at 10 a.m.

We will lunch at the Copan restaurant.

After lunch we’ll stop at the Dollar General or the gas station in Copan for last minute supplies. There are no food sources near Wa-Sha-She so bring what you want to eat for dinner and breakfast. Copan Restaurant is closed Sunday, but the C-store offers some foods.

Campsites are $14 for an RV site with water and electricity ($12 if over 55) , two tents per site.

I have reserved the Pavilion which we can use for meals. If no one stays in it overnight the cost is $30 which will be split by all participants. If you choose to overnight inside the pavilion the cost is $12 per person. If that doesn’t cover the $30 cost we will split the cost among us. There are 5 tables currently set up in the pavilion.

No ride if low temperature for Saturday night/Sunday morning is forecast to be below 40 degrees - decision will be made no later than 7 pm, Friday, Nov 11th.

If the overnight cancels there will be a Saturday ride from Copan to Wa-Sha-She and return See TBC Nomad Calendar for info.

I have reserved the camp shelter for Friday and Saturday nights.

2. If you want to car camp Friday night arrive at Wa-Sha-She after 2:30.

3. Ride from Wa-Sha-She to Copan Truck Stop at 9 a.m. Saturday. Meet Saturday B’ville riders (led by Derek) about 11 a.m. for Lunch. (34.5 mile round trip).
