The July 30, 2020 Executive Board Meeting will take place via teleconference.
Mike Schooling will set up the teleconference. Look for his e-mail that will include:

Note: Webex is limiting their free plan to 50 minutes. If we're going to continue via Webex,
we need to start on time @ 6:00.

Old Business:
- TBC received permission from River Parks for three banners to be placed along Riverside. The Club purchased an additional 2 banners for $75.
- Discussion of Officer recruitment for 2021 and Nomination Committee if, you chose to
relinquish your position, please make it known.
Gary Pereschuk is is posting an opening for Club president for the year 2021 as he will be stepping down from his role
Brennen Givens would like to continue as Club secretary.

Whether or not to have the ice cream social scheduled for August 8th was tabled til this meeting.

Continue to put out a plea for someone to Chair next Fall's Club Ride and if we'd like a name change.
New Business:
- Offer name(s) input for Nomination Committee
- Will the Club want to offer a Labor Day Ride on Monday, Sept. 7th?
If so, any special perks, ie. watermelon, gift card drawing, water balloon toss, etc...
